Finpass is the largest credit marketplace for SMEs in Brazil. For over six years, the company has been empowering small and medium-sized entrepreneurs with agile, technology-driven solutions, eliminating bureaucracy in the search for ideal financing.

With over R$ 1 billion in completed operations and thousands of satisfied businesses, Finpass connects hundreds of lenders with entrepreneurs through a single registration.

On the platform, finding the right credit to produce, expand, or invest has become simple and efficient.

The Challenge

Our main challenge was to design an intuitive and efficient registration experience, allowing users to quickly create profiles and receive personalized credit offers.

Simultaneously, we needed to ensure the product’s scalability for future integrations while maintaining the platform’s visual and functional consistency.

Key objectives included:

  • Simplifying the registration experience for new users;
  • Developing a scalable solution to support feature expansion;
  • Centralizing information to optimize operations and reduce reliance on multiple tools.
How We Solved It

The Solution

To address the identified needs, we implemented solutions aligned with best practices in UX/UI design:
1. Streamlined and Intuitive Registration Flow:
  • We redesigned the process to clearly guide users with explanatory messages and visual feedback at every step.
  • The completion time for registration was significantly reduced, minimizing friction and enhancing the user experience.
2. In-Depth User Research:
  • We conducted interviews and usability tests with existing clients to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Benchmarks with competitors helped us uncover market standards and differentiate our approach.
3. Robust Design System:
  • A flexible and consistent design system was created, featuring reusable components that accelerated development while ensuring visual harmony.
  • Clear documentation facilitated expansion and collaboration across teams.
4. Centralized Information:
  • We integrated all data into a single platform, reducing the use of three parallel tools to just one.
  • This improved operational efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.

Results Achieved

  • New Product: We developed an innovative flow that removes bureaucratic barriers to credit access for SMEs, enabling fully digital customer acquisition.
  • Scalability: The Design System improved development speed for new features by 31%, making the platform future-ready for integrations without compromising the user experience.
